    স্বাগতম MrQuicker (মিস্টার কুইকার)-এ। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট (www.mrquicker.com.bd) ব্যবহার করে এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মের সাথে যুক্ত হয়ে পণ্য ক্রয় বা প্রফিট শেয়ারিং মডেলে অংশগ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। প্ল্যাটফর্মে রেজিস্ট্রেশন বা কেনাকাটা করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে শর্তাবলী সতর্কতার সাথে পড়ুন।

    ১. সাধারণ বিধান ও সংজ্ঞা (General Terms & Definitions)

  • MrQuicker: বাংলাদেশের একমাত্র অনন্য শপিং প্ল্যাটফর্ম যা ই-কমার্স এবং প্রফিট শেয়ারিং মডেল পরিচালনা করে।
  • গ্রাহক/ব্যবহারকারী: যে ব্যক্তি প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয় করেন।
  • বিজনেস আইডি (Business ID): প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয়ের পর ব্যবহারকারীকে সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে প্রদানকৃত একটি ইউনিক আইডি, যা প্রফিট শেয়ারিং এবং নেটওয়ার্ক ট্র্যাকিংয়ের জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয়।

  • ২. প্রফিট শেয়ারিং এবং ৭-স্তর বিশিষ্ট আয় (Profit Sharing & 7-Level Income)

  • বিজনেস আইডি সক্রিয়করণ: প্ল্যাটফর্ম থেকে প্রথমবার সফলভাবে পণ্য ক্রয়ের মাধ্যমেই স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বিজনেস আইডি সক্রিয় হয়।
  • মুনাফা বণ্টন: প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিক্রয়ের ওপর নির্দিষ্ট প্রফিট শেয়ার নির্ধারিত থাকে। নিজের কেনাকাটা কিংবা রেফারেল নেটওয়ার্কের মাধ্যমে প্রফিট ওয়ালেটে জমা হয়।
  • ৭-স্তর (7-Level) সিস্টেম: ব্যবহারকারীর রেফারেল বা টিম নেটওয়ার্কের আপ টু ৭টি লেভেল পর্যন্ত কেনাকাটা থেকে স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে প্রফিট শেয়ার ওয়ালেটে যুক্ত হবে।
  • কোম্পানির অধিকার: MrQuicker কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রফিট শেয়ার বা পার্সেন্টেজ পরিবর্তন, সংযোজন বা পরিমার্জনের সর্বময় অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

  • ৩. ওয়ালেট, ক্যাশ আউট এবং আর্থিক লেনদেন (Wallet & Cash Out)

  • ওয়ালেটে জমাকৃত অর্থ ব্যবহারকারী যেকোনো সময় পরবর্তী কেনাকাটায় ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন অথবা নির্ধারিত নিয়মে নগদ উত্তোলন (Cash Out) করতে পারবেন।
  • ক্যাশ আউটের ক্ষেত্রে কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত ন্যূনতম ব্যালেন্স, সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং ভ্যাট/ট্যাক্স প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
  • যেকোনো ধরনের জালিয়াতি, ফেক আইডি বা সন্দেহজনক লেনদেন প্রমাণিত হলে MrQuicker কর্তৃপক্ষ সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্ট ও ওয়ালেট স্থবির (Suspend) বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

  • ৪. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব ও আচরণ (User Responsibilities)

  • ব্যবহারকারী তার অ্যাকাউন্ট ও পাসওয়ার্ডের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখতে বাধ্য থাকবেন। অ্যাকাউন্টের অপব্যবহারের জন্য কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।
  • প্রচারের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করা যাবে না। MrQuicker-এর নাম ভাঙিয়ে কোনো প্রতারণামূলক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করলে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

  • ৫. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও ডেলিভারি নীতি (Return, Refund & Delivery Policy)

  • পণ্য ডেলিভারি এবং রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে MrQuicker-এর মূল ওয়েবসাইট ও পলিসি পেজে প্রদত্ত নিয়মাবলী কার্যকর হবে।
  • পণ্য পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত ও অক্ষত অবস্থায় পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হবে।

  • ৬. পরিবর্তন ও পরিবর্ধন (Modifications to Terms)

    MrQuicker কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। সংশোধিত শর্তাবলী ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশের সাথে সাথেই কার্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।

  • MrQuicker: Bangladesh's unique shopping platform combining e-commerce with a sustainable profit-sharing model.
  • User/Customer: Any individual who registers and purchases goods or services from the platform.
  • Business ID: A unique ID provided completely free of charge upon the first successful purchase, used for tracking profit sharing and network growth.

  • 2. Profit Sharing & Up to 7-Level Income Model

  • Activation: The Business ID is activated automatically upon the user's first successful product or service purchase.
  • Profit Allocation: A specific profit share is allocated per product sale. Profits from personal purchases or referral networks are credited directly to the user's digital wallet.
  • 7-Level System: Profits from purchases made within up to 7 levels of the user's referral/team network are automatically distributed to respective wallets.
  • Management Rights: MrQuicker reserves the right to modify, adjust, or update profit percentages and product offerings at any time.

  • 3. Wallet, Cash Out & Financial Transactions

  • Wallet funds can be utilized for future purchases on the platform or withdrawn as cash subject to company cash-out policies.
  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds, service fees, and applicable deductions (if any) will be governed by company guidelines.
  • In cases of suspected fraud, fake accounts, or illicit activities, MrQuicker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and forfeit wallet balances.

  • 4. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password.
  • Misrepresentation, spamming, or fraudulent promotional activities using the MrQuicker brand name are strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

  • 5. Return, Refund & Delivery Policy

  • Product delivery, replacement, and return procedures are governed by the standard operational guidelines published on www.mrquicker.com.bd.

  • 6. Modifications to Terms

    MrQuicker reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
