1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product is in the same condition that you received it (unused, original packaging, and with all tags intact).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).
  • Personal care items or hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Items that have been opened or used.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your MrQuicker wallet or original method of payment. Wallet credits are typically processed instantly, while bank/card refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at our hotline. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
